What Our Clients Are Saying

Google Reviews_edited.jpg

"Anna and Stephanie owners of PCBA are truly amazing. They are always extremely helpful and their training as vet techs is really what sets them apart from anyone else. They have been taking care of my dog Ava for over a year and a half. They give her subcutaneous fluids 2x a week to help with kidney disease. They have taken such great care of her and are a major reason she has stayed well so long. They are well known in the community by everyone and everyone’s dog loves them. They make everything so convenient and come to you. I highly recommend."

Why St. Pete Dogs Love Us

St. Petersburg is a beautiful place to own a dog, but our unique environment presents specific challenges that require professional attention. As veterinary technicians, we see hazards that standard dog walkers often miss.

We Understand the Local Environment

From the scorching pavement in the Edge District to the high humidity levels in Shore Acres, we constantly assess environmental factors before and during every walk. We know specifically which local flora - such as Sago Palms found in many historic neighborhoods are toxic to your pets, and we vigilantly scan the ground for hazards like Bufo toads during the rainy season.

Health-First Exercise

We don't just exercise your dog; we monitor their vitals. We know the difference between a tired dog and a dog experiencing early signs of heat stress. If your pet has arthritis or hip dysplasia, we adjust our walking pace and route to ensure they get the mental stimulation they need without causing pain or injury.

Continuity of Care

Because we bridge the gap between veterinary medicine and pet sitting, we become an active part of your pet's healthcare team. We notice subtle changes in gait, appetite, or bathroom habits and report them to you immediately, often catching potential issues before they become emergencies.
